Your Privacy Matters

Simple, honest information about how we protect your data

This is a support tool, not supervision

Reset & Rise is designed to help you build skills and track your own growth. It is not a surveillance tool, not connected to probation, and not used for monitoring or compliance.

What We Collect

  • Your account information (email, name or nickname)
  • Check-ins about how you're feeling and what's helping you
  • Wins you log and goals you set
  • Times you use reset tools like breathing exercises
  • Messages between you and your facilitator

Who Can See Your Information

You

You can always see all of your own information. It belongs to you.

Your Assigned Facilitator

Your facilitator can see your check-ins, wins, goals, and tool usage to support you better. They can send you encouragement messages.

Program Leaders

Administrators see overall program numbers (like "20 youth completed check-ins this week"), but they never see individual stories or personal details in reports.

What We DON'T Do

We do NOT share data with law enforcement

Your information stays within the Reset & Rise program. We are not connected to police, probation, or courts.

We do NOT use risk scoring or predictions

We don't use algorithms to predict your future behavior or label you as "high risk." We believe in your ability to change.

We do NOT track your location

Reset & Rise does not use GPS or track where you are. We only know what you choose to share.

We do NOT sell your information

Your data is never sold to third parties, advertisers, or anyone else. Period.

Your Rights

  • Use a nickname: You can use a nickname instead of your legal name if you prefer
  • Stop anytime: You can stop using Reset & Rise whenever you want
  • Ask questions: Talk to your facilitator if you have questions about privacy
  • Skip questions: You can skip questions in check-ins if you don't feel comfortable answering

How We Keep Your Data Safe

We use industry-standard security to protect your information. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and only accessible to people who need it to support you. We take your privacy seriously because we know trust matters.

If you have any questions about privacy or want to know more about how your information is used, please talk to your facilitator or program administrator.
